Before You Request a Replacement
If your playerโs team kit has not yet been ordered by the coach, you may still be able to fix the issue:
Update size, name, or number directly in the MyPGA app
Changes must be made before the coach submits the team order
When is a No-Charge Replacement Available?
A no-cost replacement is only provided when the issue is caused by PGA Jr. League or the fulfillment provider (Macron).
This may include:
Missing items in the team kit:
Bag tag
Scorecards
Stickers
Hat or visor
Drawstring bag
Jersey
Incorrect item received due to a fulfillment error
Jersey misprints or sizing errors caused by production issues
All no-cost replacements are reviewed case-by-case.
When a Replacement Requires Purchase (Most Common)
A replacement will typically require purchase when the issue is related to selections made during registration, including:
Incorrect size selected
Incorrect player name entered or misspelled
Incorrect jersey number selected
Wrong hat type selected (hat vs. visor)
Player has outgrown the item
Item is lost or damaged after delivery
