PGA Jr. League Team Kit Replacement Process

Replacing jerseys or headwear after registration

This article explains when a team kit item can be replaced at no cost, when a replacement must be purchased, and what steps to take in each situation.


โš ๏ธ Important: Most team kit issues are not eligible for a no-cost replacement. In most cases, the information entered during registration (size, name, number, or hat type) determines the final product.


Before You Request a Replacement

If your playerโ€™s team kit has not yet been ordered by the coach, you may still be able to fix the issue:

  • Update size, name, or number directly in the MyPGA app

  • Changes must be made before the coach submits the team order


When is a No-Charge Replacement Available?

A no-cost replacement is only provided when the issue is caused by PGA Jr. League or the fulfillment provider (Macron).

This may include:

  • Missing items in the team kit:

    • Bag tag

    • Scorecards

    • Stickers

    • Hat or visor

    • Drawstring bag

    • Jersey

  • Incorrect item received due to a fulfillment error

  • Jersey misprints or sizing errors caused by production issues

All no-cost replacements are reviewed case-by-case.


When a Replacement Requires Purchase (Most Common)

A replacement will typically require purchase when the issue is related to selections made during registration, including:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect player name entered or misspelled

  • Incorrect jersey number selected

  • Wrong hat type selected (hat vs. visor)

  • Player has outgrown the item

  • Item is lost or damaged after delivery

How Refunds Relate to Team Kit Items

Team kit items are part of the GameChanger Club fee, which follows specific refund rules.

How to Request a Replacement (If Eligible)

If you believe your situation qualifies for a no-cost replacement:

  1. Visit PGAJrLeague.com

  2. Click the blue chat icon in the bottom-right corner

  3. Start a chat with PGA Jr. League Support

  4. Provide:

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos (if available)

    • Player and program details

Support will review the request and determine eligibility.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a no-cost replacement.

  • Most replacement requests require purchase, not replacement

  • Availability of items may vary based on inventory

  • Orders are customized, so accuracy during registration is critical

This process is designed for parents/guardians.

If you are a coach:

  • Do not submit replacement requests on behalf of parents

  • Contact your PGA Jr. League Expert Coach (PEC) or
