When registrations are refundable

Before team kits are ordered

  • Player registrations are refundable until the PGA Jr. League Coach orders the team kits

  • At this stage, no custom merchandise has been produced


When registrations are no longer refundable

After team kits are ordered

Once the coach orders team kits:

  • The $120 PGA #GameChanger Club Fee is non-refundable

  • This fee covers custom items, including:

    • Jerseys

    • Hat or visor

    • Bag tag

    • Drawstring bag

    • Sticker

After the Coach submits the Team Kit order, the $120 #GameChanger Club fee becomes non-refundable.

Coaches should not place orders through the Parent Replacement Storefront. To order jerseys for Assistant Coaches, Coaches should contact PGA Jr. League Support for assistance.


Understanding the #GameChanger Club Fee

  • The #GameChanger Club fee is paid during online registration

  • It is valid for the full calendar year (January–December)

  • Players only pay this fee once per calendar year

    • Online coaching fees are paid during registration

    • Offline coaching fees are paid directly to the Coach after registration

  • All coaching fee refunds require Coach approval

  • Refund handling depends on how the fee was paid:

    • Offline payments: Refunded directly by the Coach

    • Online payments: Refunded through PGA Jr. League Support after Coach approval
