This membership is valid for the entire calendar year, allowing players to participate in multiple PGA Jr. League programs within the same year without paying the fee again. For any additional programs joined in the same year, only the Coaching Fee would apply.
Player registrations are refundable up until the PGA Jr. League team kit is ordered by your coach. Once the order is placed, the GameChanger Club Fee becomes non-refundable, as the customized jerseys and included merchandise are produced specifically for the player.
Coaching Fee
The Coaching Fee is the amount paid directly to the coach for their services running the program. Each coach sets their own Coaching Fee, so the amount can vary by program.
Coaches also choose how they collect this fee, which affects both how you pay and how refunds are handled:
Online Payment (during registration):
Some coaches collect the Coaching Fee as part of the PGA Jr. League registration process. In this case, the fee is paid at checkout along with the GameChanger Club Fee.Offline Payment (outside of registration):
Other coaches collect the Coaching Fee separately. If this option is used, no Coaching Fee is charged during registration. Instead, the coach will provide instructions for payment directly (for example, via check, cash, or another method).
Refunds for Coaching Fees
Refunds for the Coaching Fee are handled differently depending on how the payment was collected:
Online payments: Refunds are processed through PGA Jr. League systems after approval from the coach.
Offline payments: The coach is responsible for issuing any refunds directly to the parent or guardian.
