Types of PGA Jr. League Program Codes
PGA Jr. League programs may use several different types of codes during registration.
Access Code / Facility Code
Access Codes (sometimes called Facility Codes) control who can register for a specific program.
Coaches may use these codes to:
limit registration to members of a facility
manage program capacity
control access to invitation-only programs
organize players across multiple locations or groups
If an Access Code is required, registration cannot be completed without the correct code.
Access Codes are created and managed by the Coach.
Standard Discount Code
Some Coaches provide Discount Codes that reduce the Coaching Fee portion of registration.
Important:
Discount Codes apply only to the Coaching Fee
Discount Codes do not apply to the $120 #GameChanger Club Fee
Discount amounts and eligibility are determined by the Coach.
Scholarship Codes
Military Scholarship Codes
Military Scholarship Codes apply to the $120 #GameChanger Club Fee only.
Financial Assistance Scholarship Codes
Financial Assistance Scholarship Codes may apply to:
the Coaching Fee
the $120 #GameChanger Club Fee
or both
Scholarship eligibility is determined by the Coach.
While scholarship assistance programs are supported through PGA Jr. League, scholarship codes are distributed to eligible families by the Coach.
How to Obtain a Program Code
Find a Program
Visit the PGA Jr. League Find Programs page to search for available programs near you.
You can search by:
city
ZIP code
state
facility name
Contact the Coach or Facility
If a program requires a code, contact the Coach or facility directly to request it.
Parents/Guardians commonly obtain codes by:
messaging the Coach using the Contact Coach button on the program page
calling the facility directly
communicating with the Coach through previous participation or existing relationships
The Coach is the source of truth for all program codes.
Important:
PGA Jr. League Support cannot:
view codes
verify codes
regenerate codes
override program access restrictions
Club Membership Requirements
Some facilities require players or families to hold an active club membership before registering for their PGA Jr. League program.
In these situations:
the Coach may use a Facility Access Code to limit registration to eligible Club Members
the Coach or facility may verify Club Membership before providing the code
Membership requirements vary by facility and program.
For more information about general registration requirements, see the Player Registration (PGA Jr. League) article.
How to Use a Code During Registration
Start Registration
Once registration opens, select the Register button on the program page to begin the registration process.
Enter the Code Carefully
During registration, enter the code exactly as provided by the Coach.
Important:
All program codes are case-sensitive
We strongly recommend manually typing the code instead of copying/pasting it
Copying and pasting codes can accidentally include extra spaces before or after the code, which commonly causes “invalid code” errors.
Also check for:
incorrect capitalization
missing characters
confusing characters (such as O vs 0 or I vs 1)
Common Reasons a Code Does Not Work
A code may fail if:
the code was entered incorrectly
capitalization does not match
the code belongs to a different program
the code expired
the code usage limit was reached
extra spaces were added while copying/pasting
If your code is not working, contact the Coach to confirm the exact code and verify that it is still valid for that specific program.
