What are Team Kits?
As part of the #GameChanger Club, all PGA Jr. League players receive a Team Kit that includes:
Custom PGA Jr. League team jerseys
Hat or visor
Sticker
Bag tag
Drawstring bag
Team Kits are provided for registered PGA Jr. League players and are associated with their team and program.
How do I receive my Team Kit?
Team Kits are ordered and distributed by your PGA Jr. League Coach.
Here’s how the process works:
Your coach places the Team Kit order when the program is ready
Team Kits are shipped directly to your coach, not to individual families Typically, Team Kits take < 24 days to arrive after the order is submitted, depending on demand and the time of year.
Your coach distributes the Team Kits to players and families
If a player registers after the Coach has already submitted the initial Team Kit order, the Coach may need to submit a follow-up Team Kit order for that player. Timing may vary depending on when the follow-up order is submitted and fulfillment demand.
Parents/Guardians should contact their Coach for updates because Coaches manage Team Kit ordering and distribution.
When will I receive my Team Kit?
Team Kit timing can vary by program and coach. Because coaches manage ordering and distribution, delivery timelines are set locally.
If you have questions about the Team Kit delivery time, please contact your PGA Jr. League Coach directly. Coaches determine the process for distributing Team Kits to individual players. Typically, this is done at a practice or match with all players present.
Checking and Modifying Team Kit Orders
How Coaches can View Team Kit Order Details
PGA Jr. League Coaches can view the Team Kit selections submitted for players in their program, including jersey and headwear sizes.
Note:
Coaches cannot edit a player's Team Kit customization options (sizing, custom printed name, custom printed jersey number, hat type).
Only the player's adult Account Owner (typically a parent) can make Team Kit customization options using the MyPGA Mobile App (See the Modifying Orders Before Submission section below)
To view Team Kit order details:
Log in to your PGA Jr. League Coach Dashboard.
Navigate to the Fulfillment Orders tab.
Select the applicable Team Kit order.
Review the Team Kit details for each player.
If you need assistance locating a player's Team Kit selections, PGA Jr. League Support can also review the order on your behalf.
Modifying Orders Before Submission
If the parent needs to change the size or details of a team kit order before it is submitted by your PGA Coach:
Important:
Only the Account Owner can edit Team Kit customization options.
The Account Owner is the person who registered the player, typically a parent or guardian using their own email address.
Coaches cannot edit a player's Team Kit customization options.
Added Guardians cannot edit a player's Team Kit customization options.
All Team Kit edits must be completed before the Coach submits the Team Kit order.
After the Team Kit Order Is Submitted
Once the Coach submits the Team Kit order, Team Kit customization options can no longer be edited.
This includes jersey size, jersey name customization, jersey number customization, hat or visor selection, and hat/visor size.
If incorrect information was entered and the Team Kit order has already been submitted, replacement items must be purchased separately.
How to Edit Team Kit Information
In the MyPGA Mobile App
Log in to the MyPGA Mobile App.
Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
Select Accounts.
Select the player whose Team Kit information you would like to update.
Select Team Kit Info.
Tap the Pencil icon in the upper-right corner.
Update the applicable fields.
Save your changes.

The Account Owner can update the following Team Kit customization options before the Team Kit order is submitted:
Last name printed on the back of the jersey
Player number printed on the back of the jersey
Jersey size
Headwear selection (hat or visor)
Hat or visor size
