How to Order Team Kits
What is a Team Kit order?
A Team Kit order includes the required apparel for PGA Jr. League players, such as jerseys and headwear. These orders appear in your dashboard once they’ve been created for your program.
How to view Team Kit orders
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Dashboard.
Step 2: Open your program
Find and open your PGA Jr. League Program from your dashboard.
Step 3: Access Fulfillment Orders
Click the tab labeled Fulfillment Orders to view all available orders for your program.
Step 4: View order details
Click the order number you want to review
Scroll down to see jersey and headwear selections for each player
If you don’t see a Team Kit order
Team Kit orders may not appear until they are created for your program
If you don’t see the Fulfillment Orders tab, please notify your PEC

How Coaches Can Help Improve Team Kit Delivery
Each year, we review the previous season to identify what worked well and where we can improve. For the upcoming season, we’re focused on improving delivery speed and shipping efficiency for Team Kit orders.
Last season, delivery timelines were impacted by two primary factors:
Production capacity: Our apparel partner, Macron, has invested in new equipment and resources to significantly speed up jersey production.
Order volume and size: A high number of very small orders (one or two players) slowed overall fulfillment, since every order requires the same processing and shipping effort.
To help ensure faster, more reliable delivery for everyone, we ask Coaches to follow the guidance below.
Two simple ways to support faster delivery
1. Submit your initial Team Kit order once all players are registered
Please place your first Team Kit order after all players are registered and at least 24 days before you need the kits to arrive.
2. Limit follow-up orders when adding players later
If additional players register after your initial order (which is completely fine), try to limit follow-up orders to one or two total whenever possible.
