Team Kit Fulfillment (PGA Jr. League)

This article explains how PGA Jr. League Coaches submit Team Kit orders and what to expect during fulfillment and shipping.

What is Team Kit fulfillment?

Team Kit fulfillment is the process of submitting a single order for all registered players in your program so Team Kits can be produced and shipped.

Important: Team Kit fulfillment can include both the initial full-program Team Kit order and later follow-up orders for late registrants or other approved needs.

Coaches should place one complete order whenever possible. However, if a player registers after the initial Team Kit order has already been submitted, the Coach may need to submit a follow-up Team Kit order for that player through the same Fulfillment Orders process.

Do not confuse a late registrant Team Kit order with a replacement order. Replacement orders for missing, damaged, incorrect, or lost items may require additional review.


When should I place my Team Kit order?

To avoid delays, follow these guidelines:

  • Place your order after all players have registered

  • Submit your order at least four (4) weeks before your first game

  • Submit one complete order initial order whenever possible

If additional players register after the initial order has been submitted, limit follow-up orders when possible. Multiple small follow-up orders can delay fulfillment.


Shipping options

Important:

Team Kits cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Before placing your order, confirm the shipping address is complete, accurate, and a valid street address (not a P.O. Box).

  • Standard shipping is available at no cost

    • Delivery time: up to 24 days

  • Expedited shipping is currently unavailable

  • Orders are shipped to the address you select during checkout

Note: Delivery times may change due to demand or supply-chain conditions.


How to place a Team Kit order

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard

  • Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Dashboard.

Step 2: Open your program

  • Find and open the PGA Jr. League program for which you’re ordering Team Kits.

Step 3: Access Fulfillment Orders

  • Click the Fulfillment Orders tab.

Step 4: Review and submit the order form

  • Click Review Order Form

  • Complete all required information

  • Submit the order form

Once submitted, the order enters the fulfillment process.


If you’re having trouble placing an order

  • Confirm all players are registered before ordering

  • Verify you have not already submitted a Team Kit order

  • If you cannot submit the order or see errors, contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom
