This article explains what information can be edited, when edits are allowed, and how to make changes using the MyPGA mobile app.
What Team Kit Information Can Be Edited?
The account owner (parent or guardian) can edit the following items for their player:
Player last name (spelling corrections)
Preferred jersey number
Jersey size
Hat type
Hat size
Edits are completed directly in the MyPGA mobile app.
Important Timing Requirement
⚠️ Edits must be submitted before your PGA Coach places the team kit order.
If changes are made before the Coach submits the program order, updates will be reflected in the team kit.
If changes are submitted after the Coach has placed the order:
The edits will not apply
The team kit will be produced using the original registration information
Replacement items may be purchased once the kit is delivered
How to Edit Team Kit Information (Before the Program Order Is Placed by the Coach)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the MyPGA mobile app
Tap the More icon in the bottom-right corner
This opens the Accounts page
(Account Owner appears at the top, followed by linked players)
Select the correct player from the list
On the player page, tap Team Kit Info
Tap the pencil (edit) icon in the top-right corner
Update the applicable fields:
Last name
Jersey number
Jersey size
Hat type
Hat size
Tap Save to confirm your changes
If You Missed the Deadline
If your Coach has already placed the team kit order:
Edits can no longer be applied to the original kit
The team kit will be produced and shipped using the information submitted during registration
Team kits are custom items and cannot be refunded or changed once ordered
Replacement jerseys or headwear may be purchased after delivery, if needed.
