This article details the options for Coaches to receive registration payment.
Coaching Fee:
As a PGA Jr. League Coach, you can set your Coaching Fee price when setting your up Program. This price can always be adjusted by editing your Program registration.
There are two options for Coaches to receive player registration payment - Online or Offline.
Collecting Fees Offline:
By collecting your Coaching Fees offline, you are not required to setup a Direct Deposit Account (Stripe). Consumers will NOT pay your Coaching Fees during the online registration checkout process, and instead will only be required to pay the GameChanger Membership Fee (Players only need to purchase 1x GameChanger Membership per calendar year) at registration checkout.
Note: If you do not setup a Direct Deposit Account (Stripe), you cannot select "Collect Fees Online" during the Program Registration process, and you will need to collect Coaching Fees from your players offline and outside of the website (i.e., In-person at your Golf Facility).
Collecting Fees Online:
To collect your Coaching Fees Online, you must setup a Direct Deposit Account (Stripe). This account can be connected to a personal bank account, business bank account, or non-profit bank account.
When a player registers online for your Program, they will pay your Coaching Fees and GameChanger Membership (Players only need to purchase 1x GameChanger Membership per calendar year) at checkout, and the Coaching Fee funds are typically deposited into your bank account of choice within 2-3 business days.
You will be prompted to setup a Direct Deposit Account (Stripe) upon publishing your Program. Please follow the instructions until completed. In addition, you can always setup a Direct Deposit Account (Stripe) at a later date by visiting your Dashboard. In your Dashboard, click on the tab labeled "Payment Settings", and follow the instructions until completion.
Please note: If you elect to collect your Coaching Fees online, any online Coaching Fee refunds will be processed through Stripe as well. If there are sufficient funds in your Stripe Connect account, the refund will be debited from there. If there are not sufficient funds in the Stripe Connect account, the associated bank account will be debited to cover the refund. Coaches always reserve the right to refund the consumer directly/offline as well.
