All-Star Season Program (PGA Jr. League)

How eligible Coaches request and publish All-Star Season Programs

Eligible PGA Jr. League Coaches may request All-Star Season Programs once local league teams and rosters are fully set up. This article explains when you’re eligible, how to request a program, and what happens during approval.


Before You Begin: Eligibility Requirements

Before requesting an All-Star Season Program, ensure that:

  • Players are rostered to their local league teams

  • Those teams are assigned to their leagues in the system

If these steps are not complete, the system will not recognize eligibility.


How to Request an All-Star Season Program

1. Log In to Your Coach Dashboard

2. Access Your Location (Facility)

  • Navigate to the Location (Facility) where your local league programs are housed.

3. Create a Program

  • Click the blue Create Program button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

4. Select All-Star Season

  • Choose All-Star Season from the program type options.

Important: All-Star Season Programs require approval from the PGA Jr. League Admin Team.


Completing the All-Star Season Program Request

Coaches will complete a short registration form with the following information:

General Program Information

  • Age Division: 13u or 17u

  • Coaching Fee:

    • Fees may be collected Online or Offline

    • Online fee collection requires an active Stripe (Direct Deposit) account

  • Program Name and Description

  • Registration Open and Close Dates


League & Team Eligibility Rules

Team eligibility is based on unique player counts across selected leagues:

13u Division

  • 1 All-Star team per 24 unique players

  • Example:

    • 48 unique players across selected leagues = 2 eligible All-Star teams

17u Division

  • 1 All-Star team per 8 unique players

  • Example:

    • 16 unique players across selected leagues = 2 eligible All-Star teams


Requested Teams

  • Coaches will see all eligible league options

  • Select leagues by checking the League Name

  • Leagues can be unchecked if you do not wish to include players from them

  • Based on eligibility totals, select the number of All-Star teams you are requesting


Submitting for Approval

Once the form is complete:

  1. Click “Request Approval” in the lower-right corner

  2. The PGA Jr. League Admin Team will review your request

  3. You will receive an email notification when the program is:

    • Approved, or

    • Denied

Approval is required before the program becomes active.

Key Reminders

  • All-Star Programs cannot be published instantly

  • Approval decisions are based on eligibility data in the system

  • Roster accuracy directly affects team eligibility

  • Programs will not be visible to parents until approved
