This article explains how Coaches can request a PGA Jr. League All-Star Season Program.
How to Request an All-Star Season Program
Log In to Your Coach Dashboard
Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Coach Dashboard.
Access Your Location (Facility)
Navigate to your Location (Facility) in your Coach Dashboard.
Create a Program
Select the blue icon labeled "Create Program" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Select All-Star Season
Click the option labeled "All-Star Season".
Note: In order for our system to recognize you are eligible, you must have rostered your players to their local league team(s), and those teams be added to their league in our system.
Important Note:
Approval Requirement: All-Star Season Programs require approval from the PGA Jr. League Admin Team.

Publish - All-Star Season Program:
Coaches must complete a brief registration form that includes key information about the requested All-Star Season Program including:
General Program Information:
Program Age Division - 13u or 17u
Coaching Fee - Coaches can set per player fees to participate in your All-Star Program. Coaching Fees can be collected 'Online' or 'Offline'. Note: Collecting fees 'Online' requires an active Stripe (Direct Deposit) account.

League & Team Options:
13u: You can have one 13u All-Star team for every 24 unique players across the leagues you select. For example, if you have 48 unique 13u players across two selected leagues, you can have 2 proposed All-Star teams for the All-Star Season.
17u: You can have one 17u All-Star team for every 8 unique players across the leagues you select. For example, if you have 16 unique 17u players across two selected leagues, you can have 2 proposed All-Star teams for the All-Star Season.
Requested Teams:
Coaches will see their eligible 'League' options to create All-Star Teams
To select Leagues, check the applicable League Name. Note: League Names can be unchecked if the Coach does not wish to include players from a given League.
Based on the eligibility numbers (See 'League & Team Options above), Coaches can select the number of All-Star Teams they wish to request.
Approval - All-Star Season Program:
Upon completing the All-Star Season Program form, Coaches to click "Request Approval" in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
All-Star Season Programs require approval from the PGA Jr. League Admin Team.
Coaches will receive an email update upon "Approval" (or "Denial") of a given All-Star Season Program
