This article explains how Coaches invite All-Star Players to register for their Team.
Requirements:
Coaches must complete the following before they are eligible to invite All-Star Players to a Team:
Publish a All-Star Season
Request and receive "Approval" for their All-Star Season Program
Create an All-Star Team (s)
Roster Players to an All-Star Team (s)
Save your All-Star Team
Invite All-Star Players to Register:
After creating your All-Star team and rostering Players to it, you must invite Players to register for your Program.
Note: Players must register for your All-Star Team are not officially on your All-Star Team until they have completed the registration process.
How to Invite All-Star Players to Register
Log In to Your Coach Dashboard
Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Coach Dashboard.
Access Your All-Star Season Program
Find and select your All-Star Season Program.
Access the Teams Tab
Select the tab labeled "Teams" toward the top of your screen.
Invite Teams
Click the icon labeled "Invite Teams" on the right-hand side of your screen.
Select Teams to Invite
Determine which Team(s) you want to invite to register.
Send Invitations
Click "Send" to dispatch the invitation emails.
Important Note:
Player Registration
Your All-Star Players will receive an email invitation with a unique registration link.
The email is sent to the same email they used to register for your local league program. They must use this same MyPGA account to accept their All-Star invite.
Players can follow the steps in the email to complete the registration process.
