Invite All-Star Players to Register for your Program (PGA Jr. League)

This article explains when invitations can be sent and how to invite All-Star players to register.

Approved All-Star Coaches must invite their selected players to formally register for the All-Star Season. Creating and rostering an All-Star Team is only the first step. Players are not officially part of your All-Star Team until they complete registration using the invitation link.


Requirements Before You Can Invite Players

To be eligible to invite All-Star players, all of the following must be completed:

  • Publish an All-Star Season Program

  • Request and receive approval for the All-Star Season Program

  • Create one or more All-Star Teams

  • Roster eligible players to the All-Star Team(s)

  • Save your All-Star Team(s)

If any of these steps are incomplete, the invite option will not appear.


Why Registration Is Required

Even after a player is rostered to an All-Star Team:

  • They are not officially registered until they complete the All-Star registration process

  • They cannot participate in All-Star events until registration is complete

  • Coaches cannot submit scores or manage participation for unregistered players

Inviting players triggers the final step in confirming their All-Star participation.


How to Invite All-Star Players to Register

1. Log in to Your Coach Dashboard

  • Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Coach Dashboard.

2. Open Your All-Star Season Program

  • Locate and select your approved All-Star Season Program.

3. Go to the Teams Tab

  • Select the Teams tab at the top of the program page.

4. Invite Teams

  • Click the Invite Teams icon on the right-hand side of the screen.

5. Select Teams to Invite

  • Choose which All-Star Team(s) you want to invite to register.

6. Send Invitations

  • Click Send to email registration invitations to players.


What Players Receive

  • Each invited player receives an email with a unique registration link

  • The email is sent to the same email address used for their local league registration

  • Players must log in using the same MyPGA account to complete registration

  • Once registration is complete, the player is officially confirmed on the All-Star Team


Common Issues to Know Up Front

  • If a player does not receive the email, confirm they are checking the same email used for local league registration

  • Players cannot be registered by Coaches, registration must be completed by the parent or guardian

  • Rostering a player does not automatically register them
