This article explains how Coaches invite All-Star Players to register for their Team.
Requirements:
Coaches must complete the following before they are eligible to invite All-Star Players to a Team:
Publish a Championship Season
Request and receive "Approval" for their Championship Season Program
Create an All-Star Team (s)
Roster Players to an All-Star Team (s)
Save your All-Star Team
Invite All-Star Players to Register:
After creating your All-Star team and rostering Players to it, you must invite Players to register for your Program.
Note: Players are not officially on your All-Star Team until they have completed the registration process.
We recommend Coaches contact and receive confirmation that your Players want to participate before inviting them to your Program.
Why? After creating and saving a given All-Star Team, the roster is locked. Coaches must submit a formal roster replacement request to the PGA Jr. League Admin Team to adjust the roster.
How to Invite All-Star Players to Register:
From your dashboard, find and select your Championship Season Program. Please follow the below steps to complete the invitation process:
Select the tab labeled "Teams" toward the top of your screen
Click the icon labeled "Invite Teams" on the right-hand side of your screen
Determine which Team (s) you want to invite
Click "Send"
Your All-Star Players will receive an email invitation with a unique registration link upon completing the above steps. Players can follow the steps in the email to complete the registration process.
