This article explains how returning PGA Jr. League Coaches can publish new programs for an upcoming season or year, including how program years, Code of Conduct acceptance, Safety Requirements, and assistant coach access are handled.
What does publishing a new program do?
Publishing a program:
Makes it visible on PGAJrLeague.com
Allows families to plan ahead, even if registration opens later
Enables registration once all requirements are met
Returning coaches create new programs each year rather than reusing prior-year programs.

Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Dashboard.

Code of Conduct & Waiver (important)
The registered PGA Coach for a Location must publish the first program of the new year (for example, 2026)
When publishing that first program, you will be prompted to accept the new annual Coach Code of Conduct and Waiver
This acceptance is required before programs appear publicly
Safety Requirements
Safety Requirements must be completed and current for the new year
If renewal is required, programs will not appear publicly until safety requirements are passed
Abuse Prevention Systems Training (APS) and Background Screening (BGS) are valid for two (2) years and must be renewed upon expiration.
Once completed, your program will appear on PGAJrLeague.com.
Assistant Coaches (annual reset)
Location Managers
After the first program of the new year is published:
Location Managers are automatically re-invited
They must accept the email invite and re-accept the annual Code of Conduct
Once accepted, they regain full access and can publish additional programs
Program / Team Managers
Program and Team Managers must be re-invited for each new program or team
They accept the annual Code of Conduct when accepting their new invite
Managing multiple programs (common scenarios)
You can publish multiple programs at a Location, including:
9u, 13u, and 17u divisions
Multiple seasonal programs (spring, summer, fall)
Programs scheduled later in the year may:
Appear on PGAJrLeague.com early
Have registration set to open at a later date
This helps families plan ahead while keeping registration timing flexible.
If your program isn’t visible yet
Confirm the program status shows Published
Verify the Code of Conduct has been accepted for the new year
Ensure Safety Requirements are complete and current
Allow time for updates to appear publicly
If issues persist, contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom.
