What does “unpublish” mean?
Unpublishing a program removes it from public registration. Once unpublished, players will no longer be able to register for the program.
How to unpublish a program
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Dashboard.
Step 2: Locate your program
Click Locations
Select the applicable location
Find the PGA Jr. League program you want to unpublish
Step 3: Unpublish the program
Click the three-dot Actions menu
Select Unpublish from the dropdown
When you can’t unpublish a program
You cannot unpublish a program if players are currently registered.
If players are registered and the program needs to be canceled:
Contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom to request refunds
After refunds are processed and players are removed from the program, you’ll be able to unpublish it
If you don’t see the Unpublish option
Contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom
The program may already be unpublished
Registered players may still be attached to the program
If you’re unsure, contact support through Intercom.
