Unpublish a Program (PGA Jr. League)

This article explains how PGA Jr. League Coaches can unpublish a program so it is no longer available for consumer registration.

What does “unpublish” mean?

Unpublishing a program removes it from public registration. Once unpublished, players will no longer be able to register for the program.


How to unpublish a program

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard

  • Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate your program

  • Click Locations

  • Select the applicable location

  • Find the PGA Jr. League program you want to unpublish

Step 3: Unpublish the program

  • Click the three-dot Actions menu

  • Select Unpublish from the dropdown


When you can’t unpublish a program

You cannot unpublish a program if players are currently registered.

If players are registered and the program needs to be canceled:

  • Contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom to request refunds

  • After refunds are processed and players are removed from the program, you’ll be able to unpublish it


If you don’t see the Unpublish option

  • Contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom

  • The program may already be unpublished

  • Registered players may still be attached to the program

If you’re unsure, contact support through Intercom.
