View Player Information (PGA Jr. League)

This article explains how PGA Jr. League Coaches can view and export information for players registered in their programs.


What player information can coaches view?

Coaches can view registered player details such as:

  • Player name

  • Program registration status

  • Additional player-specific information available in the dashboard


How to view player information

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard

Step 2: Access your location

  • Click into your Location to view your published programs.

Step 3: Open your program

  • Select the program you want to manage.

Step 4: View players

  • Click the tab labeled Players

  • A list of registered players will appear

Step 5: View individual player details

  • Click a player’s name to view additional information for that player.


Export player information

To export player information to a spreadsheet:

  • Click the blue Export Players button in the upper right corner

  • All registered player data will download as a spreadsheet file


If you don’t see player information

  • Players must be registered to appear in the Players tab

  • If you don’t see the Players tab, please reach out to your PEC

  • If a player is missing, confirm they are registered for the correct program
