This article outlines the process to manage your Safety Requirements. To participate in PGA Jr. League as a Coach, Assistant Coach, or Volunteer, you must first complete and pass a Background Screen and Abuse Prevention Systems Training (Training is valid for 2 years).

Your PGA Jr. League Programs will not be available to consumers on the PGAJrLeague.com website until your Safety Requirements have been completed.

Manage your Safety Requirements:

Upon logging into your Dashboard, find the tile labeled "Safety Requirements" and click "Manage Requirements". This will allow you to view the status of your requirements, manage your requirements, and access the PGA Jr. League-defined Code of Conduct and Waiver for your reference.

Background Screen:

Upon opening your "Safety Requirements" tile, locate your "Background Screen" information, and click "Manage" if you need to submit a Background Screen. Please Note: The Background Screen experience is hosted by our Safety Partner - NCSI (A SportsEngine Company). As a result, you will be sent to the SportsEngine website where you will need to Create an Account or login if you have previously created an account with SportsEngine.

After submitting your Background Screen, you can go back to your PGA Jr. League dashboard to continue setting up your Program. Note - Background Screens may take up to 4-6 business days to process. If you have any questions, NCSI can be reached at support@ncsisafe.com.

Abuse Prevention Systems (APS) Training

Upon opening your "Safety Requirements" tile, locate your "APS Training" information, and click "Manage" if you need to complete training. Please Note: The APS Training experience is hosted by our Safety Partner Abuse Preventions Systems. As a result, you will be sent to AbusePreventionSystems.com to complete your Training.
