This article details the process for returning PGA Coaches to setup your 2024 PGA Jr. League Program(s).

Publish a 2024 Program:

To start, you must first be logged into your Dashboard.

Start by locating the tile labeled "PGA Jr. League Locations" and clicking the "View Locations" button. Locate the applicable Location, and click "Add Programs."

The Program year will automatically default to the current year (2024).

Upon completing the Program Form, click "Save" in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

Please note: The registered PGA Coach of a Location must publish their first program of 2024 in order to accept the 2024 Coach Code of Conduct and Waiver

  • Once you click "publish," you will be prompted to accept the 2024 Code of Conduct and Waiver.

  • When the first 2024 program at a Location is published, all Location Managers will automatically be re-invited.

    • They will need to click the link in their email invite and sign up again.

    • Upon re-accepting their Location Manager invite, they will also accept the 2024 Code of Conduct and Waiver.

    • After accepting their new invitation, they will have full access to the Location again and can publish additional programs as needed.

  • Program/Team Managers will need to be re-invited for each new program/team by the PGA Coach or Location Manager.

    • They will accept the 2024 Code of Conduct and Waiver when they accept their invite for the new program/team.

Once your Safety Requirements have been completed and passed (if they need to be renewed in 2024), your PGA Jr. League Program will appear on the PGAJrLeague.com website, and consumers will be able to register once player registration opens in early 2024.

You can Publish as many Programs as needed throughout the duration of the PGA Jr. League Season. For example, you may set up a 13u Division Program AND a 17u Division Program. You can also create your programs for multiple seasons at this time (i.e. a spring, summer, and fall program). If you wish to, you can set later registration open dates for those programs occurring later in the year, but they will still appear on PGAJrLeague.com now to help families plan ahead for their year.
