This article explains how PGA Jr. League Coaches can view parent and player information using the PGA Coach Mobile App.
What information can coaches view?
From the mobile app, coaches can view key parent and player details, including:
Player name
Parent or guardian contact information (email and phone number)
Emergency contact details
Medical information (if provided)
Information displayed depends on what was entered during registration.
How to access parent and player information in the PGA Coach app
Step 1: Open the PGA Coach app
Launch the PGA Coach Mobile App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Open Contacts
Tap the Contacts icon located on the bottom navigation bar.
Step 3: Filter to Jr. League contacts
Use the contact filter and select Jr. League to narrow the list to PGA Jr. League players.
Step 4: Select a player
Scroll through the list to find the player
Tap the player’s name to open their profile
Step 5: View profile and details
Tap Profile and Details to view the available parent and player information.
If you don’t see a player or information
Confirm the player is registered in your PGA Jr. League program
Make sure you are filtering to Jr. League contacts
Some information may be missing if it was not provided during registration
If issues persist, contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom.
