RSVPs - Coaches (Mobile App)

View and manage attendance for PGA Jr. League events

Written by Camp Murphy

This article explains how eligible PGA Jr. League Coaches can view, manage, and update RSVPs for scheduled events using the PGA Coach Mobile App, including Game Days, Practices, and Team Events.

What are RSVPs?

RSVPs show whether players plan to attend a scheduled event. Attendance statuses help coaches plan lineups, practices, and communications.

Who can manage RSVPs?

RSVPs can be viewed and managed in the PGA Coach Mobile App.

RSVPs cannot be viewed or managed in the MyPGA Mobile App, which is primarily intended for consumers, including parents and players.

Some Assistant Coaches may not have access to the PGA Coach Mobile App and may use the MyPGA Mobile App instead. This most commonly applies to Assistant Coaches with the Team Manager role.

Only PGA Members and Associates have access to the PGA Coach Mobile App. Assistant Coaches who do not have access to the PGA Coach Mobile App are not eligible to view or manage RSVPs.

How to view and manage RSVPs in the PGA Coach app

Step 1: Open the PGA Coach app

  • Launch the PGA Coach Mobile App on your device.

Step 2: Open the calendar

  • Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen to view upcoming events.

Step 3: Select an event

  • Find and tap the event you want to manage.

Step 4: View attendance status

You’ll see a list of players with icons indicating their current RSVP status:

  • Blue check — Attending

  • Gray question mark — Hasn’t responded

  • Red X — Not attending

How to edit RSVPs

When should I edit RSVPs?

Edit RSVPs if you receive attendance updates outside of the app (for example, by text or email).

  • Launch the PGA Coach Mobile App on your device.

Step 2: Open the calendar

  • The app displays the details for the selected event.

Step 4: Select RSVPs

  • Select a Team and the view will change to a list of players rostered to that team

Step 5: Edit or Enter RSVPs

  • Tap the Edit RSVPs button

  • Choose Yes or No next to each player’s name to update their status

    • The Coach can edit existing RSVP responses and/or add RSVP responses for players who forgot to RSVP.

Changes are saved automatically and reflected in the event.

Filter and message players

  1. Tap the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner

  2. Filter players by RSVP status

If you don’t see RSVP information

  • Confirm the event has been scheduled
