Launch the app on your mobile device.

Tap the 'Calendar' icon located at the bottom of the screen to view upcoming events.

Find and tap on the desired PGA Jr. League Event to view attendees and event RSVPs.

You will see a list of players with icons indicating their current attendance plan:

Tap the "Edit RSVPs" button to update or change a player's attendance status if you have received an update outside of the PGA Coach app.

You will see options for "Yes" or "No" next to each player’s name, allowing you to change their status if needed.

Tap the 'View Attendees' tile at the bottom of your screen to view the list of individual responses.

Filter players based on their response.

Tap the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

Select the group of players you'd like to message.

Tap the 'Message' icon next to the three vertical dots and select 'Message All' or 'Find and Message Attendees' to handpick your selections.
