This article explains how Coaches can message their PGA Jr. League teams, programs, and individual families.
How to Send Messages Using the PGA Coach App
Open the PGA Coach App
Launch the app on your mobile device.
Access the Messages Icon
Tap the 'Message' icon located on the bottom rail of the screen.
Here you will see a list of all your conversations.
Create a New Conversation
Tap the '+' icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Message an Individual
Find the individual's name from the list.
Tap on their name to start a new conversation.
Message a New Group
Click 'Create New Group Message'.
Check the boxes of the contacts you’d like to include in the group conversation.
Automatic Group Creation:
Groups will be automatically created for your entire PGA Jr. League Program as well as for each Team.
We recommend using these automatic groups to ensure all parent/guardians are in the group (including additional guardians).
