Can't remember your email address?

If you don’t remember the email you used to sign up, click “Forgot email address” and follow the steps. You’ll be asked to enter your information to recover your account.


Can't remember your password?

Enter your email address and click “Continue.” Then select “Forgot Password” to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

You haven't received an email confirmation?

Be sure to check your junk or spam folder for the confirmation email—it may have landed there. You can also search your inbox for “Confirm your email.” If you still don’t see it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. As a quick test, try creating another account with the same email—if it works, it likely means there was a typo the first time.


Are you a golfer or a student?

If you’re a student or golfer, please visit my.pga.com or download the MyPGA app to log in or create an account and connect with your coach.

Is your account showing as blocked?

If you see a message indicating that your account is blocked, it may be due to inactivity or too many unsuccessful password attempts. If this happens, please contact support@pga.com and let them know your account is blocked.

  • Send an email to support@pga.com

  • In the mobile app, click on More > Contact Us

  • In the web app, click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
