Booking on behalf of a student makes it easy to register golfers for your offerings when they contact you directly, visit your facility, or need assistance completing a registration. Students will automatically receive notifications and see their bookings in the MyPGA app.
Booking on the PGA Coach Mobile App
Private Offering
To book a private lesson, lesson package, or other private offering from the PGA Coach mobile app:
Open the PGA Coach mobile app.
Navigate to your Calendar.
Tap the + button and select Book Student.
Select the student you'd like to book.
Choose the offering or booking type.
Select the date and time.
Complete the booking.
What will the student receive? Once booked, the student will receive an email confirmation and the booking will appear in their MyPGA app.
Group Event
To register a student for a group event:
Open the PGA Coach mobile app.
Locate the group event on your calendar.
Tap the event to view its details.
Select Book at the top of the screen.
Choose the student you'd like to register.
Complete the booking.

What will the student receive? The student will receive a confirmation email and the event will appear in their MyPGA app.
Booking a Student on the PGA Coach Website
You can also register students directly from PGA Coach on the web.
Navigate to Schedule.
Click Book Student.
Select the offering you'd like to book.
Choose the student you'd like to register.
Complete the booking flow.
What will the student receive? Once booked, the student will receive an email confirmation and the booking will appear in their MyPGA app.
Collecting Payment
If you collect payments through PGA Coach, you can send a payment link to students for both private offerings and group event registrations.
Students can complete payment online before their session or event, and you'll see payments deposited into your connected Stripe account according to your Stripe payout schedule.
What the Student Sees
After a booking is completed, students will:
Receive an email confirmation.
See the booking in their MyPGA app.
Receive any future communications related to the lesson, package, or event.
