Updating lead status and clearing out your lead inbox (not yet supported)

The PGA platforms support the following actions for Leads:

Delete

Convert to Student

Currently the PGA Coach platform does not support the following actions for Leads:

  • Statuses (e.g. "Lost" or "In Progress")

  • Mark as Read / Unread functionality

  • Transfer to another coach

  • Adding notes and other details


Set Up an Auto Reply

Auto Replies let you automatically send a custom message to every new lead. This is a great way to quickly acknowledge the lead and share what happens next.

Lead Auto-Reply

To set up your Auto Reply:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Auto Reply

  3. Type your message and click Save

You can include a booking link in your message if you’d like. This will follow your Book Now preferences—whether that’s linking to your PGA Coach offerings or to an external scheduling tool.

You can enable the message to be sent automatically when a lead submits their information, but you can always follow up with more details in a direct message.

  • In the web app, click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
