Want Students to Book Lessons with You on PGA.com?
If you have a Coach Profile on PGA.com, students can now book lessons with you directly—making it easier than ever to grow your coaching business.

To enable bookings on your profile:
Set up your PGA Coach Calendar: Before turning on the booking feature, make sure your calendar is ready to accept appointments.
Enable the “Book Now” button: Once your calendar is set up, go to your profile settings and toggle on “Display 'Book Now' button on your profile"
That’s it—you’re all set!
Note: If you haven’t connected your calendar, students will still see the “Book Now” button, but it will lead to a form where they can Request Coaching. You’ll receive their request as a lead and can follow up to schedule manually.
Do you use a 3rd party site or tool to book your students?
If your primary method for booking students and setting up events is external to PGA Coach, you can still benefit from setting up your Coach Profile and having your profile publicly searchable on pga.com. Follow the steps below to set this up.
Go to Settings
Scroll to the Coach Profile section
Click on Book Now Preferences
Select External Site and paste your direct booking URL
Now, when you navigate to your Coach Profile, you will see that your Book Now button links to your external site. If your profile is enabled for public visibility, golfers will be able find your PGA Coach Profile (as well as your booking site) via pga.com/coach or internet search results, in addition to any methods they are navigating there today.
If/when the time is right, we hope we can help you migrate as much of your coaching business to PGA Coach as is feasible and beneficial for you, but until then, we hope this helps support your business with the power and reach of the PGA!
