Why Use Our Scheduling Tool?
Our scheduling tool allows you to keep your entire calendar in one place. You can define the types of lessons you give including their duration, location, price and even a detailed description on what a student can expect. You'll get a link that's uniquely yours to share with your students eliminating the back and forth conversation around availability.
Furthermore, you can set up online payments allowing you to collect your fee at the time of booking or at the range. It's up to you!
Create Coach Profile
The first thing you need is a coach profile. While the intent is to allow any PGA member to utilize this feature within the platform, for right now it's only open to profile holders. If you don't have one, go ahead and create one here.
Once you have a coach profile, you'll have defined the facilities at which you can offer lessons. If you need more facilities, add them to your coach profile.
Setting Availability
The next step is setting your availability per facility. Your availability are the times you're free for a student to book a lesson with you. Don't include any times that you will not be available. Learn more
Have a vacation coming up?
We've got you covered with blocked times. Simply create a block indicating when you're unavailable and those times will be removed from your schedule. Too hard to maintain? No worries you can use Google Calendar Sync and any event on your Google Calendar will automatically be blocked from your PGA Calendar.

Create Booking Types
Finally you'll create booking types. These are the types of lessons you offer.
These are completely customizable. Just define the title, duration, location, price and whether you'd like to accept payments online.
Note: If you choose a payment account your students will be forced to pay at the time of booking.
Congrats! Once you've created a booking type, you are all set! On the top right of your schedule page you'll see a button to Share Booking Link. This is the public URL that you can share with your students via social media, text message, email or whatever you find convenient.
