Create and import students with the Students feature, keep coaching contacts separate from personal ones and gain access to interactive features for students - all in the PGA Coach app.

Before beginning the sections below, you should be logged in. If you are not yet logged in, you can do so by going to my.pga.com/pga-coach.

Start by clicking on Students in the side navigation. You'll then want to make sure the Students tab is selected to be able to see your current list of students.

Click on the button Create Student. You'll be presented with a form that allows you to create an adult (18+ years old) or a junior student. When you have finished completing the form, click on the button Create Student. You should see your new student appear in the Student view.

To import your student roster into PGA Coach, you can email a spreadsheet with the following template to support@pga.com.

All fields are required unless indicated otherwise. For Juniors, you will need to provide the contact information (i.e., name, email, phone) of the student's parent or guardian.

• Adult (18+ years old) or Junior

• First Name

• Last Name

• Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD - optional)

• Contact Phone (optional)

•. Contact First Name (omit for Adults)

•. Contact Last Name (omit for Adults)

Once you have your students created, you can use other features to interact with them. We recommend trying Messaging, Bookings, and Reviews to start.
