How to Enable the Waitlisting Feature
Alert students of Space Availability
Log into PGA Coach
Go to My Offerings > Go To Events > Create Event
On the Restrictions screen (Step 6 of 8 when creating the event), You'll want to say "Yes" to limiting attendance
Select the maximum number of attendees
Select "Yes" to add the Waitlist.
Publish your event

Exclusive feature for PGA Coach+ users.
Offers notification if a spot becomes available, but does not guarantee a spot.
Attendees can submit their email on the event page to join the waitlist.
How Spots Become Available and Notification Process
Spots open up when:
A student is removed from a group event by a coach.
The attendance limit is increased.
To increase attendance, edit the event and adjust the attendance count.
All waitlisted participants are emailed once a spot opens.
All individuals on the waitlist are notified when a spot becomes available.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for those notified.
Important Notes
Coaches cannot rearrange or reorder the waitlist.
No particular order is associated with the waitlist; everyone is notified simultaneously when a spot opens.
A waitlist cannot be added after an event is created.
🏌️ PRO TIP: To utilize the "Pre-Registration" feature, you can configure an event with 0 attendees. If you wish to compile a list of individuals expressing interest in joining a group lesson at a pre-determined date & time, you can gather their email addresses. Later, when you raise the attendance limit for that event, it will automatically notify everyone on the list via email.
