Overview of the refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on whether the team kit has been ordered and which portion of the registration fee you’re asking about.


When registrations are refundable

Before team kits are ordered

  • Player registrations are refundable until the PGA Jr. League Coach orders the team kits

  • At this stage, no custom merchandise has been produced


When registrations are no longer refundable

After team kits are ordered

Once the coach orders team kits:

  • The $120 PGA #GameChanger Club Fee is non-refundable

  • This fee covers custom items, including:

    • Jerseys

    • Hat or visor

    • Bag tag

    • Drawstring bag

    • Sticker

Custom merchandise cannot be returned or refunded once ordered.


Coaching fee refunds

Refunds for the coaching fee (the amount paid above the $120, excluding taxes and fees):

  • Are handled directly by your PGA Jr. League Coach

  • Are not processed by PGA Jr. League Support

  • Apply to:

    • Regular season registrations

    • Multiple season registrations

    • Championship season registrations

Each coach manages their own coaching-fee refund decisions.
