Refunding Sessions

Learn how to locate transactions and issue student refunds, including fee details and refund processing times.

This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of issuing a refund to a student through your Payment Account. You’ll learn how to locate specific transactions, submit a refund request, and understand important details about transaction fees and refund processing timelines.


Refunding on Your Computer:

Step 1: Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen, then select “Payment Accounts” from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: On the Payment Accounts page, click “Manage Transactions” to view your transaction history.

Step 3: Use the date filters to narrow down and locate the specific transaction you're looking for.

Step 4: Once you’ve found the correct transaction, click “View Details” to open it.

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the transaction details and click “Add Refund.”

Step 6: Enter the refund amount and provide a brief reason for the refund. When you're ready, click “Submit” to process the refund to the student.

Note: Transaction fees will still apply, even if you issue a full refund. This means the coach remains responsible for the processing fee, regardless of the refund amount. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in the student’s account via Stripe.
