You can sync your PGA Jr. League events from the MyPGA mobile app to an external calendar (for example, Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook). Once synced, your schedule will appear in your personal calendar.
How to sync your MyPGA calendar
Step 1: Open the MyPGA app
Step 2: Go to the Calendar tab
Tap Calendar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Open Calendar Sync
Tap the calendar sync icon in the upper-right corner of the Calendar screen.
Step 4: Choose your calendar type
Select the external calendar you want to sync with (example: Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook), then follow the prompts to complete setup.

In this video, we’ll walk parents through how to sync your MyPGA Events with an external calendar.
First, open the MyPGA app on your mobile device and sign in using the MyPGA account you used when registering.
Next, tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.
Here is your MyPGA schedule. You will then want to tap the Calendar Sync icon in the upper-right corner.
Now select the external calendar you’d like to sync with. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, or copy Calendar URL which can be used to sync with most other online calendar providers. Based on the external calendar you select, follow the prompts and steps to complete the sync.
Looking at the Apple Calendar process specifically,
Select Find. Here is your PGA Jr league event. Then tap the red check mark in the upper-right corner. Your schedule will then appear in your personal calendars!
Your PGA Jr. League events are now synced and ready to go!
Notes and troubleshooting
If you don’t see your events right away, close and reopen your calendar app, or allow a few minutes for the sync to update.
If you’re prompted to allow permissions, make sure the MyPGA app has permission to access your calendar in your phone’s settings.
Always ensure you are using the latest version of the MyPGA app for the best experience.
Ensure your external calendar is set to refresh or sync automatically.

If you need help with settings inside your external calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook), we recommend contacting that calendar provider, since those settings are managed outside MyPGA.
