This article explains how PGA Coaches can sync their PGA Jr. League events to an external calendar using either:
The PGA Coach Dashboard (website), or
The PGA Coach mobile app
Both options sync the same events. You may choose whichever method you prefer.
What happens when you sync your calendar?
When you sync your calendar, PGA Jr. League events such as games, practices, and team events are added to your personal calendar (for example, Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar).
Option 1: Sync from the PGA Coach Dashboard (Website)
Use this option if you’re on a desktop or laptop computer.
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
Sign in to your PGA Coach Dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Schedule tab
Navigate to the Schedule tab within the PGA Coach platform.
Step 3: Subscribe to calendar events
Click the Subscribe button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Include PGA Jr. League events
Select Include PGA Jr. League events.
Step 5: Choose your calendar type
Select the calendar you want to sync with, such as:
Google Calendar
Outlook
Apple Calendar

In this video, we’ll walk coaches through how to sync your MyPGA events with an external calendar using the PGA Coach dashboard!
First, log in to the PGA Coach Dashboard on your desktop using your MyPGA coach account.
Once you’re logged in, go to the top-left corner of the screen and switch to the PGA Coach Dashboard.
Next, navigate to the Schedule tab on the left-hand side. Here is your MyPGA schedule!
In the upper-right corner, click Subscribe.
Next, select the event types you’d like to sync to your calendar, such as Blocked Times or your PGA Jr. League events.
Then, select the external calendar you’d like to sync with. You can choose from Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or your personal calendar app.
You can also select Copy Calendar URL, which can be used to sync with most other online calendar providers.
Once you’ve selected your calendar, follow the prompts to complete the sync.
Your PGA Jr. League events are now synced and ready to go!
Option 2: Sync from the PGA Coach Mobile App
Use this option if you prefer to sync directly from your mobile device.
Step 1: Open the PGA Coach mobile app
Launch the PGA Coach app on your phone.
Step 2: Open the More tab
Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Access Settings
Scroll down and tap Settings.
Step 4: Open Calendar Subscriptions
Tap Calendar Subscriptions.
Step 5: Choose events to sync
Select the event types you want to sync, such as:
Game days
Practices
Team events
Step 6: Sync to your default calendar
The selected events will sync to your phone’s default calendar app.

First, open the MyPGA Coach app on your mobile device and sign in using your MyPGA coach account.
Once you’re signed in, tap More in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Scroll all the way down until you see Settings.
Now select Settings.
From here, you’ll see your advanced calendar settings. Tap Calendar Subscriptions. Next, select the event types you’d like to sync to your calendar, such as your Blocked Times or your PGA Jr. League events.
Once you’ve selected your events, tap Subscribe.
Then, select Find, and tap the red checkmark in the upper-right corner. Your schedule will then appear in your personal calendars!
Your PGA Jr. League events are now synced and ready to go!
If events don’t appear in your calendar
Confirm you selected the correct event types
Check that you’re viewing the correct external calendar
Calendar updates may take a short time to appear after syncing
If issues persist, contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom.
