This article explains how PGA Coaches can sync their PGA Jr. League events to an external calendar using either:
The PGA Coach Dashboard (website), or
The PGA Coach mobile app
Both options sync the same events. You may choose whichever method you prefer.
What happens when you sync your calendar?
When you sync your calendar, PGA Jr. League events such as games, practices, and team events are added to your personal calendar (for example, Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar).
Option 1: Sync from the PGA Coach Dashboard (Website)
Use this option if you’re on a desktop or laptop computer.
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
Sign in to your PGA Coach Dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Schedule tab
Navigate to the Schedule tab within the PGA Coach platform.
Step 3: Subscribe to calendar events
Click the Subscribe button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Include PGA Jr. League events
Select Include PGA Jr. League events.
Step 5: Choose your calendar type
Select the calendar you want to sync with, such as:
Google Calendar
Outlook
Apple Calendar

Option 2: Sync from the PGA Coach Mobile App
Use this option if you prefer to sync directly from your mobile device.
Step 1: Open the PGA Coach mobile app
Launch the PGA Coach app on your phone.
Step 2: Open the More tab
Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Access Settings
Scroll down and tap Settings.
Step 4: Open Calendar Subscriptions
Tap Calendar Subscriptions.
Step 5: Choose events to sync
Select the event types you want to sync, such as:
Game days
Practices
Team events
Step 6: Sync to your default calendar
The selected events will sync to your phone’s default calendar app.
