Clarified where players can take one-club length or one clubhead length.
Clarified recommended home and away jerseys:
Home - purple
Away - gray
Added- The 9u division will be a local league delivery; it will not include any All-Star season competition.
Prohibit the Use of Electric Pushcarts
The use of electric pushcarts is prohibited for All-Star season competition
beginning with the Sectional Qualifiers & Championships. This is to ensure
competitive equity for all players. Coaches can make their own decision on the
use of Electric Pushcarts for local league play.
Updated Tiebreaker Playoff Procedure for Match Play at Regionals
The tiebreaker playoff procedure will continue to be a scorecard playoff for the
match play portion of the Regional Championships. The first tie-breaker remains
total holes won. The second tiebreaker will now include all four pairs (instead of
the best 3 of 4 pairs) for the aggregate stroke play qualifying. The Championship
tie-breakers remain the same as previous years.
Updated All-Star Season Yardages
The triangle tee yardage range is extended to 3,200-3,600 yards (currently is 3,200-3,500) to allow better distribution of the four sets of tees. Tees will be set by working backwards from the triangle tees to create 85-90% ranges for square, pentagon, and circle tees.
The Regional Championship Tournament Director will do their best to adhere to the above standards when establishing tee placement; however, golf course layout, tee availability, elevation, and conditions may dictate adjustments. The tournament director has the final say in all tee and yardage decisions.
Strengthened Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct revision will elevate the Code of Conduct expectations for coaches, players, and spectators, while establishing a multi-tiered accountability
system. The PGA Jr. League National Committee is developing the policy and it will be introduced in early 2026.
