The following updates were made to improve clarity, fairness, and player well-being across PGA Jr. League competition.

Updated COP Information
The following clarifications were added to the Competition Operating Procedures:
All-Star eligibility mileage
Clarified as 75 miles of driving distance, not straight-line distanceRelief measurements
Clarified where one club-length or one clubhead-length relief appliesRecommended jersey colors

9u Division clarification
The 9u division is local league only
It does not include an All-Star season
Prohibited Use of Electric Pushcarts
Electric pushcarts are prohibited during:
All-Star Sectional Qualifiers
All-Star Championships
This change applies only to All-Star season competition
Promotes competitive equity for all players
Local league play:
Coaches may decide whether electric pushcarts are allowed
Updated Tiebreaker Playoff Procedure (Regionals)
For match play at Regional Championships:
First tiebreaker: Total holes won (unchanged)
Second tiebreaker (updated):
Aggregate stroke play score using all four pairs
Previously used best three of four pairs
Championship tiebreakers:
Remain unchanged from prior years
Updated All-Star Season Yardages
Triangle tee range extended:
New range: 3,200–3,600 yards
Previous range: 3,200–3,500 yards
Tee placement will:
Start with triangle tees
Work backward to create 85–90% yardage ranges for:
Square
Pentagon
Circle tees
Tournament Director discretion:
Yardages may be adjusted due to course layout, elevation, conditions, or tee availability.
The Tournament Director has final authority on all tee and yardage decisions.

Focus areas:
Elevated expectations for coaches, players, and spectators
A multi-tiered accountability system
Support for players’ long-term emotional and mental well-being
