This article outlines the PGA Family Golf Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Team registrations are refundable up until the PGA Coach of your event has placed their fulfillment order. At this point, the tee gifts and awards for your event have been ordered, and the $25 membership fee is no longer refundable.

For any refunds of the event fee (the amount over the $25 membership fee with the exception of taxes and fees), you must reach out to the Coach of your PGA Family Golf event directly.
