Log In issues? Troubleshoot with these steps

This guide offers quick steps for logging into PGA Coach and resolving common login issues. Find tips for password recovery and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted access to your coaching resources.

Common login issues and how to troubleshoot:

Can't remember your email address?

If you've forgotten the email you signed up with, please click on "Forgot email address" and follow the instructions. You'll be prompted to enter your information to help locate the correct email.

Can't Remember your password?

Enter in your email address, click continue, then there will be a "Forgot Password" where you can send yourself an email to reset your password

You haven't received email confirmation?

Check your junk mail for the confirmation email, as it might be hiding there. You can also try searching your inbox for "Confirm your email" to locate it. If you still can't find the email, there's a chance you might have entered your email address with a typo. If you can create another account using the same email address, it likely means there was an error in the email entry.

Are you a golfer or a student?

If you're a student or golfer, please visit my.pga.com or the app of MyPGA to log in or create an account to get connected with your coach.

Does it indicate that your account is blocked?

This may happen due to inactivity, or too many password attempts. If this happens please reach out to support@pga.com and let them know your account is blocked.

  • In the mobile app, click on More > Contact Us

  • In the web app, click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
