This article explains how PGA Jr. League Host Coaches can enter and submit scores for a Play Day they hosted.
Score Submission Deadline (Important)
Scores must be submitted by 11:59 PM (local time) on the day following the Play Day
Scores submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for inclusion on the Regional Leaderboard
How to Enter Scores as a Play Day Host Coach
1. Log In to Your Coach Dashboard
Sign in to your PGA Jr. League Coach Dashboard.
2. Access Your Location
From your dashboard, click into the Location where the Play Day was hosted.
3. Open the Hosted Play Days Tab
Select the Hosted Play Days tab at the top of the Location page.
4. Locate the Play Day
Find the specific Play Day you want to score.
5. Open Scoring
Click the three-dot action menu next to the Play Day and select “Score Play Day.”
6. Enter Scores
Enter Par for the course
Enter the pair scores for each competing pair as required
7. Save and Submit
Click Save to finalize and submit the scores.
Helpful Notes
Only the Host Coach can enter scores for a Play Day
Ensure all teams and scores are accurate before saving
Score submission is required for Regional Leaderboard consideration
