Schedule Events - Coaches (Mobile App)

This article explains how PGA Jr. League Coaches can schedule events using the PGA Coach Mobile App, including Practices, Game Days, and Team Events.

What types of events can I schedule?

Coaches can schedule three (3) types of PGA Jr. League events:

1. Practice

  • Regular PGA Jr. League practice sessions for your team.

2. Game Day

  • Official league games played against other teams.

  • Important: Your league must be set up by your Player Engagement Consultant (PEC) before Game Days can be scheduled against another team.

3. Team Event

Non-competitive team activities, such as:

  • Pre-season or post-season parties

  • Team car washes

  • Movie nights


How to schedule an event in the PGA Coach app

Step 1: Open the PGA Coach app

  • Launch the PGA Coach Mobile App on your device.

Step 2: Open the calendar

  • Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Create a new event

  • Tap the โ€œ+โ€ icon in the upper-right corner.

Step 4: Choose event type

  • Select PGA Jr. League Event

  • Choose Practice, Game Day, or Team Event

Step 5: Enter event details

Fill in required information such as:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Location

Step 6: Create the event

Tap Create in the upper-right corner to finalize scheduling.

Once created, the event will appear on your team calendar.


If you canโ€™t schedule an event

  • If Game Day is not available:

    • Your league may not be fully set up yet by your PEC

  • Confirm you are scheduling from the mobile app

  • Make sure all required event details are completed

If issues persist, contact PGA Jr. League Support through Intercom.
