This article explains how Coaches can send messages to Players and Teams using the web-based Coach Dashboard. Coaches can also message families using the PGA Coach Mobile App, which offers additional functionality such as message history.

➡️ Note: Coaches can also send messages directly from the PGA Coach Mobile App. For more information, see the article Messaging - Coaches (Mobile App)

What You Can Do from the Dashboard

From the PGA Jr. League Dashboard, Coaches can:

  • Send messages to one Team or multiple Teams

  • Communicate important updates such as schedules, reminders, or announcements

⚠️ Message history is not available when sending messages from the website.

Before You Start

  • At least one Team must be created in your Program

  • If no teams exist, the messaging option will not function

Important Notes About Dashboard Messaging

  • Messages sent from the website do not display previous messages
