How to manage the facilities on your PGA Coach account

Please note the facilities in your PGA Coach platform exist
separately from your PGA.org facilities.

Facility Management

The Facility Manager is available on both Web and the PGA Coach mobile app. As seen below, this is where you'll be able to get an overview of what facilities you have on your account to use on your PGA Coach Profile, PGA Calendar, or PGA Group Events.

In the Facility Manager, you'll be able to see how you are using the facilities listed on your account. e.g - Visible on your Coach Profile.

Facilities added when creating your PGA Coach Profile will automatically show up in your Facility Manager.

Adding Facilities

At any time you can add additional facilities to use on your account to use for all or some of the features available on PGA Coach.

Using an Official PGA Facility

Quickly get started with a new facility by tapping into the official PGA Facility list to autofill the facility information.

Note: If you see information that is incorrect (address, phone, website, etc.) please email the team to update the information at support@pga.com.

Add your own custom facility

You can add a facility that exists anywhere, even if it isn't in the official list. Instead of choosing a suggested facility enter the name and all the additional facility location information.

Custom facilities allow you to do everything Official PGA Facilities allow you to do. You'll be able to add it to your profile, booking lessons using PGA Calendar, and even set up Group Events.

Managing Order/Visibility on Your Coach Profile

You must manage how/if these facilities are displayed on your coach profile separately. For help on managing facilities and how they are displayed on your coach profile, please see this article.

Delete a facility from your account

If you no longer wish to have a facility on your account, you can go to the facilities page, and edit that facility. This will give you the option to delete it. This will automatically remove it from your coach profile, and will delete any booking types associated with it. If you want these booking types available at your new facility, please update them individually PRIOR to deleting the old facility.

Note: If there is a PGA Jr. League program associated with the old facility, you will not be able to delete it.
