You’ll walk through a simple wizard flow to set up:
Event Name & Location (pulled from your Coach Profile)
Tags & Age Group to help golfers discover your event
Event Description—be clear about:
Who the event is for (beginners, advanced, family-friendly?)
Equipment requirements
Expectations (on-course play, group size, 1:1 time)
Club membership restrictions
What’s included (range balls, discounts, food, etc.)
FAQs & your contact info
Featured Image for your PGA.com listing
Scheduling & Recurrence to add multiple sessions
Registrations & Payments:
Choose PGA Coach to handle everything seamlessly, or link to an external platform.
Manage attendance limits and access codes for private events.
Set your price and enable online payments for hassle-free transactions.
Listing Visibility:
Decide whether to list your event on PGA.com/things-to-do or keep it private.
You’re Done!
Once you create your event, you’ll receive a public registration link to share via email, social media, or text. Students can register and pay directly—giving you more time to coach and grow your business.
