How to request a refund from your PGA Coach

If you have booked a coaching session and need to request a refund, please be informed that refunds are processed directly by your coach. This guide will walk you through contacting your coach using the MyPGA portal or app.


​Step-by-Step Guide to Request a Refund:

  1. Access the MyPGA Portal:

    • Navigate to the MyPGA portal by visiting my.pga.com or download the MyPGA app from your device's app store.

  2. Create an Account (If Necessary):

    • If you have not yet created an account, you can easily do so directly on the MyPGA platform.

    • Ensure you use the same email address and name that you used to book the session with your coach. This helps in accurately linking your bookings to your account.

  3. Contact Your Coach:

    • Once logged in, utilize the messaging feature within the MyPGA portal.

    • Search for your coach and send them a message detailing your refund request.

  4. Await Coach's Response:

    • Please allow time for your coach to review and respond to your refund request. They will guide you through the next steps.


Refunds are handled directly by individual coaches through the MyPGA portal. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these steps to facilitate your refund request.
