I am eligible, but why can’t I pre-register?

Why am I not receiving my digital tickets?
Ensure you have created a SeatGeek account with the same email used for pre-registration. Tickets will be delivered no later than 72 hours prior to the event date.

Who is eligible to attend the Ryder Cup?
PGA of America Members and their accompanying spouse/partner or guest (limit 1) may receive complimentary PGA Member Club tickets. Members’ immediate children under 21 years of age, will also receive complimentary access.
Class “F” Members, Associates and PGM University Students do not receive complimentary admission.
I pre-registered before February 19th and was not asked to add additional guests, where should I add them?
If you pre-registered before February 19th, 2025, you were not asked to pre-register your additional guests. To ensure your entrance is seamless, please fill out this form. Upon completion of the form, your additional guests will be added to your account. Your submission is much appreciated. If you pre-registered AFTER February 19th, you do not need to complete this step.
How can I bring more guests than the allocated two digital tickets cover?
If you pre-registered for more than one additional guest, you will receive the initial two non-transferable digital tickets and need to visit the Main Box Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance for additional tickets. Only eligible additional guests will be able to enter. Ensure you have your Membership Card and Photo ID ready.
What happens if I do not pre-register by the deadline?
The pre-registration closes at 11:59 PM ET on September 15th, 2025. If you miss the deadline, you will need to visit the ticket office at the Main Box Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance onsite to obtain your tickets.
I need to change the dates I pre-registered for, what do I do?
Visit your events page at https://events.pga.org/my-events. From there you will need to cancel your original registration. Then visit the pre-registration page again for the event and re-register for the new dates you would like.
What amenities are provided at the Ryder Cup?
Enjoy watching the competition with exclusive access to the PGA Member Club. Tickets include access to inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages at all concession stands throughout the grounds of Bethpage Black Golf Course. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
