I am eligible, but why can’t I pre-register?

Why am I not receiving my digital tickets?
Ensure you have created a SeatGeek account with the same email used for pre-registration. Tickets will be delivered no later than 72 hours prior to the event date.

Who is eligible to attend the Senior PGA Championship?
Complimentary access is extended to PGA of America Members, Associates, and PGM University Students. Eligible individuals can bring an accompanying spouse/partner or guest (limit 1), immediate children under 21, parents, and parents-in-law, though all must be accompanied by the Member/Associate/Student.
How can I bring more guests than the allocated two digital tickets cover?
If you pre-registered for more than one additional guest, you will receive the initial two non-transferable digital tickets and need to visit the Main Box Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance for additional tickets. Ensure you have your Membership Card and Photo ID ready.
What happens if I do not pre-register by the deadline?
The pre-registration closes at 11:59 PM ET on May 12th, 2025. If you miss the deadline, you will need to visit the ticket office at the Main Box Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance onsite to obtain your tickets.
I need to change the dates I pre-registered for, what do I do?
Visit your events page at https://events.pga.org/my-events. From there you will need to cancel your original registration. Then visit the pre-registration page again for the event and re-register for the new dates you would like.
Can my spouse enter independently?
Yes, your spouse can enter independently using their spouse card, but they must visit the Main Box Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance with their spouse card and photo ID to collect their ticket.
Is parking available for the event?
Yes, parking is available for attendees. Detailed information about parking locations will be provided closer to the event date. Please ensure to follow the event signage and staff instructions for a smooth parking experience.
